I am a PhD Candidate at Emory University in American history. I have three major interests:
In addition to my academic training in American economic, social, and cultural history, I also have skills in data analysis and Linux. I use quantitative methods in my academic research, using R, RStudio, ggplot2, SPSS, Excel, Tableau, and STATA. Additionally, I have experience with a number of Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Arch Linux, CentOS, and Debian, for example. I have some scripting experience in Bash and Python.
